COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Taco Soup Mix

What you’ll need

– 18 Cups of Water

– 1 lb. Browned Ground Beef

– 2 (14.5 oz) cans of Diced Tomatoes with Juice

DIRECTIONS

1. Remove oxygen absorber

2. Brown the Ground Beef (if you are using meat)

3. Add the contents of the jar, diced tomatoes (w/juice) and the 18 cups of water to the beef. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 25-30 minutes.

4. You can serve it with Cheese, Sour Cream, Onions, Tortillas. It can be used as a soup, if you serve it immediately or if you let it sit a little longer, it will thicken nicely for a dip or nacho topping.

5. Enjoy!

Minestrone Soup Kit

What you’ll need

– 10 Cups of Water

– 1 (28 oz. can) Crushed Tomatoes

DIRECTIONS

1. Remove oxygen absorber

2. Bring water and tomatoes to a boil.

3. Add contents of the jar to the pot and return to a boil.

4. Once boiling again, reduce heat to a medium and continue cooking for approximately 20 minutes or until pasta & beans are tender.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

(A little parmesan cheese on top is also great)

Potato Leek Soup Mix

DIRECTIONS

1. Remove oxygen absorber

2. Add 5 cups of boiling water to 1 jar of the soup mix.

3. Stir until smooth.

4. Serve with chives, crumbled bacon, grated cheese & sour cream, if desired.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Chili Mac Starter Kit

What you’ll need

– 10 Cups of Water

– 2 (14 oz. can) Diced Tomatoes (with juice)

– 1 lb. Browned, Ground Beef (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Remove oxygen absorber

2. Brown the ground meat, if using, and set aside.

3. Place Water and Tomatoes in a large pot and bring to a boil.

4. Once boiling, add the contents of the jar, to the pot, and also add the meat.

5. Reduce heat to Med-High and continue cooking for approximately 20 minutes, or until the Macaroni and Beans are tender, stirring frequently.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Tortilla Soup Kit

What you’ll need

– 10 Cups of Water

– 1 (14.5 oz. can) Diced Tomatoes (with juice)

– 1 small can diced green Chiles

– Sour cream

– Shredded Cheese

DIRECTIONS

1. Remove oxygen absorber

2. Place Water, Tomatoes, Green Chiles (if using) and contents of the baggie (rice & seasoning) in a large pot and bring to a boil.

3.Cover and reduce heat to a Medium and continue cooking for approximately 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.

4. Remove from the heat and stir in the crushed tortillas.

5. Let sit for 5 minutes

6. Serve immediately and enjoy.

7. Top with sour cream & shredded cheese, if desired.

Chicken Noodle Soup Mix

What you’ll need

– 12 Cups of Water

– 1 Cup Diced & Cooked Chicken (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Remove oxygen absorber

2. Mix contents of the jar with water and the chicken, if desired.

3. Bring to a boil and then turn down to a simmer for about 25 minutes.

Southwestern Fajita Casserole Kit

What you’ll need

– 7 Cups of boiling water

– 1 lb browned, ground beef or turkey (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Remove oxygen absorber

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. Combine the contents of the jar with 7 cups of boiling water. If using browned, ground meat, add it at this time. (Mix well) Place in a deep, greased casserole dish with a cover.

4. Bake on center rack for approximately 40-45 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.

5. You may want to top it with cheese, onion, sour cream or other items you like.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Jambalaya Starter Kit

What you’ll need

– 8 Cups of water

– 16-20 oz. of tomato sauce

– 1 1/2 Cups of cooked meat (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Remove oxygen absorber

2. Place water, tomatoes & jar of Jambalaya Mix into a 6-8 quart pot and bring to a boil.

3. Reduce heat to a simmer. If you are planning to add meat, now is the time to do that.

4. Continue cooking for approximately 20 minutes or until rice is tender.

5. Discard Bay Leaf.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Chicken Rice Soup Mix

What you’ll need

– 24 Cups of water

– 8 Tablespoons of Butter

– 4 Cups of diced chicken (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Remove oxygen absorber

2. Bring water, butter & jar of soup mix to a boil.

3. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for about 25-30 minutes or until rice is tender.

4. Add cooked chicken while simmering, if desired.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Beefy Spanish Rice Mix

What you’ll need

– 5 3/4 Cups of boiling water

– 1 lb of browned ground beef

– 1 can of diced tomatoes, drained

DIRECTIONS

1. Remove oxygen absorber

2. Combine the contents of the jar with the boiling water, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Mix in browned, ground beef, diced tomatoes. and continue simmering for another 10-15 minutes, until rice is tender.

4. You may want to top it with cheese, onion, sour cream or any other items that may sound good to you.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
